"Thankfully these locations are now operational again and all polling sites are secure with an active security presence," the county's director of registration and elections Nadine Williams said. According to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, the non-credible bomb threats at the polling stations were traced back to Russia. "We identified the source; it was from Russia," he added.
