Night security in the estate or of the compound. What was he doing on the street with no weapon. Knowing full well the existence of these dogs.
No knife even to the least. Yes the dog will bite you not to death as I see here but because he is drunk that why he died this way.
Meanwhile the owner and the estate will answer to it. That why I keep saying it. Mix some poisonous meat and throw it into the compound of those with these dogs so as my morning they will be dead.
Dogs outside bingo is enemy to human.

If you brind dangerous pets into your House, you have a legal obligation to keep it from causing any harm to visitors or innocent members of the public. You owe the public a duty of care to police your pet.

If you carelessly or negligently let your pet to cause harm to the public, then you are dealing with "Vicarious Liability".

Under the vicarious liability principle, if anyone under your direct employ causes harm to anyone while performing the functions you have sent him to do, you are regarded as having committed that harm yourself.

In the same vein, if your most loved pet strays away and kills an innocent man, the law says you have committed murder.

So the owner of those dogs can now at least boast of having killed somebody.

How did you guys conclude that it's the dogs that did that?
Just because the camera showed that the dogs were around a very tall man that was laying helplessly on the floor.
Am not saying it's not the dogs, but this video is not an evidence.
I can see that there is this fluid around the upper body area close to the head. Is that a sign of vomiting or what. A proper investigation should be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
We also need to understand that dogs would generally investigate when the see someone on the floor.

It's true.ive had similar experience a few months ago. These were two heavy Bulldogs that broke up of their cages while I was at a Neighbor's house fetching water. Thank God I had to scale through the tall fence. Though I injured myself a lot. Had bruises. But it's better than allowing myself to be devoured by those dragons. They are very notorious. Same dogs had bitten off the penis of a 12yr old boy
