Dems lost it when Joe Biden took way too long to concede, The Harris ticket, looked like a caricature of Joe's, and which isn't all that great to begin with, so people weren't having it. The Republicans clear sweep of the congress was a clear and loud message.

Even though I wanted Kamala Harris to win, there were many obvious road blocks to her winning.

1. The covering for Joe Biden. Trump always claimed the Joe Biden was slow. The Democrats hid this until the last presidential debate. They lost the trust and votes of independents with that

2. The economy. The economy was recovering under Trump and still recovering under Biden, however Biden should have focused on the inflation. In as much as liberal voters love pro choice issues, they also love money more.

3. Kamala Harris is boring like Hilary Clinton. Can anyone here truthfully say that they can watch Kamala talk for 10 mins without changing the channel?

4. Trans rights. In as much as I am supporting the LGBT. Trans activists are the most annoying people on earth. Even other liberals do not like them. You lose the argument when you put trans women in women's sports. You lose the argument when you think underage children should be able to do sex change.


Illusioneffect, take note of point 4. I'm liberal but still hold certain Conservative principles.
