I don’t know if you saw any of my earlier posts but I was saying how now that I’m grown, I don’t question how Hitler could’ve succeeded. I’ve seen it now happen before my eyes and I know how it happened.

I know that between being in Europe for the next few years and living in California full time, it will be hard for his bigotry to touch me.

But my heart still hurts for those who’ll inevitably suffer and die because of this man’s presidency.

But he got majority votes so the people chose their poison. Can’t cry too much for them

I have seen your posts and I feel the same way. I just can’t believe it’s happening in America. I knew from the start that Kamala Harris wasn’t the best choice because of her performance in the primaries before Biden won and I knew it was going downhill after her Fox News interview which I couldn’t watch for longer than 4 minutes but she was still better than a felon, rapist and wannabe dictator. A fly would be better.

The most devastating part for me is that so many people are willing to give him their vote.

But yeah, humanity doesn’t seem to learn. Scapegoat a minority, promise tax breaks, make the media focus on you with scandals because bad publicity is as useful as good publicity and you win.

The world has changed in a way that is difficult to digest. Decency, honesty, integrity and kindness don’t seem to matter anymore.

What exactly is all this fuss and panicking about, those two candidates are not really different. One favours immigration while the other is against it, another favours Abortion while the other says abortion rights should be left to states.

Fundamentally they are both politicians like Biden, wars will continue and gas prices will still be high so what exactly is the issue.

He wants to use violence against opposition.

He scapegoats minorities.

I have a question because I am confused, please is there something others like me should be aware of apart from Immigration & abortion rights which are the two main issues I recognised in this campaign, I am genuinely asking.

From what I see, the most Trump votes come from the White men, I don't mean to be a Black racist but I kinda feel like they will not leave their authoritarian rule for any other tribe or minorities. White men control the world & all of us are just pawns in their game.

I do not hate nor love the White man but I recognise the powers that be.

Not defending him, but you cannot constitutionally over throw an election in US, it is not Nigeria. He can only shout but cannot over throw anyone.

Maybe I am wrong but please let me know.

I am saying this as there are 3 types of people in this election, pro-Trump, pro-Kamala & those that not affected by the any of the two (as an immigrant not based in America). Which is who I am.

Well he has an awful platform that a lot of people are ignoring just so they can talk about how women want to kill unborn babies etc.

There is the issue of the economy which we’re still recovering from his past blunders. There’s the issue of American diplomatic relations as well as the issue of separation of church and state.

The issue of Trump wanting to abolish the department of education for all children. Abolishing of medicare/medicaid (health aid to old people and disabled people.) Removal of veterans rights and retirement benefits.

Those two things aren’t even the majority of the issue. I could go on and on. Notice I haven’t even said anything about him being a bad person.
