Exposure and education is what made it possible for Africans who couldn't live happily together in Africa are able to live happily in Europe.

The political structure over there is doesn't create an uneven distribution of resources among different tribes. Unlike in Africa where uneven distribution of resources lead to resentment, class differences, and tribalism and religious differences.
You have to recognise the power of education and black brotherhood once you cross several seas to find peace and prosperity.

The moment you start trying to build dreams you realize tribalism and religion differences is a chain that will only hold you back.
So exposure changes Africans perspectives when they get to Europe

Because there's unity and beauty in diversity out there

What divides us is what brings them together

It didn't just happen, it is historical

Africa is a poor continent. When one lives in wealthy countries, tribe and religion is hardly an issue.

All this is probably due to scarcity mindset, here in Africa or Nigeria we have so many corrupt leaders that have stolen a lot of our resources and there is so much poverty in the country/Africa.

There is hopelessness in the land, which makes a lot of people turn to the church, if you look at countries that works, there is less religious people, since times memorial people always turn to church whenever they are going through hardships.

Tribalism mostly comes from people thinking their tribal person will have their backs than another tribes during this Hardship, I mean we have a long history dating back to the Civil War on tribalism.

So when this people goes to a country that works, USA, Europe with good Healthcare when a person faint and the first thought isn't to pray or throw holy water on the person but to do CPR or firstaid and where emergency services works, where standard of living is high, where human lives have value,
Where your rights as a person is respected and not because you have money or connections.

This people start stop worrying about basics things and focus on personal goals and community, they realize that tribalism is so meaningless.

Basically what I am trying to say Sir is when you live in a system that works, you find so many things outdated and that is why many people that travel abroad mindset usually change

Its possible to live together over there because there is discipline. Over there in Europe there are several other tribes and races living together and well disciplined because of how well established the Rule of Law is without impartiality.
