I have leaved there for 5 years yes CNG are only used by taxis and airport cabs. They don't play with policy over there , when they mean phase out they mean it

In addition to the obvious dangers involved with operating CNG vehicles the one secret that promoters conveniently forget to include in their sales pitch is that using CNG will not actually save you anything monetarily. Concrete example, the cost of fuel to travel from Lagos to Anambra using a petrol car is almost exactly the same cost of using a CNG car for the same trip.
