IF and when the NY post write about stuff going on in the USA (their home country) , it is expected that they know what they are saying. (After all, they are home, with local correspondents, informants and sources all around.)


But, it would be silly, to think that the New York post will authoritatively tell you what's going in Russia (where they have no footholds, or credible news sources, particularly) because of the prevailing conflict issues.

So what you will get is propaganda and disinformation. CNN & BBC style to make Russia look bad.

It seems you do not know how North Korea operates.Even their civilians hired in thousands from North Korea to work in Russia does not use mobile phone and their movement is restricted to avoid defection. Do you know the NK soldiers serving in Russian salary is $2000 but it goes straight into government account?
They may however watch from their Russian friend phone that is a possibility.
