I remember in 2010 in Bayelsa state, we had light for days without a single outage and there was nothing like band this or band that rubbish. Even with the corruption and negligence, the country wasn't this bad in 010. Come up with a reasonable and mature excuse for this failure of a government.

It's like the Federal government want to scrap or unbundle the National grid, and allow each state to own their own grid. I foresee the National grid collapsing at regular intervals and the federal government will come out and say it's no more sustainable to maintain the national grid, there by unbundling it by allowing new investors into the power sector.
