I am a living example! I am a green card holder and I know what I went thru coming back to the US from Australia likewise so many other people.

Yes he tried it and the Supreme Court blocked him, there are checks and balance within the U.S system and your issue had nothing to do with you being BLACK! I have a Canadian friend that it happened to also and he was white as snow! The cases were less than 1% of the total amount of greencard holders and again had nothing to do with you being BLACK!
