Nobody knew APGA, how many states did APGA control out of 36 even till date? We've only had two or three major parties in Nigeria, PDP, the evolutions of APC(ANPP and AD) and the rest. It's laughable that you put up Okadigbo that contested as RUNNING MATE to Buhari in the same year 2003. If anything at all, there's likely a split of votes between Ojukwu, Okadigbo and was it Nwobodo or so. All in all, they were not major contenders when you talk about OBJ and GMB at that time. It's like in football, saying some Nigerian player was a major contender for footballer of the year during the Messi-Ronaldo years/era. There was none; maybe today we may have some. Obi is a mediocre fraud, i cannot support him. He only gullibly worked for Tinubu in the last elections.

Politics is more than emotions or feel, it was clear that the election was between PDP and APC in 2023. Of the four known candidates, Tinubu was and is the obvious best, in terms of past reports, preparation and audacity. If a better candidate comes up, maybe i will talk about it also. Again, that's different from maybe such person will win or not.

Just for example, if some credible pastor said he wanted to vie for 2027 presidency on some new party or platform, i would likely support him as the best candidate but i would clearly tell you for free that he's not going to win. It's politics, it's about numbers.

i want to hope that you noticed the more than times 4 (400%) jump of official naira to dollar rate from 1999 to 2000. OBJ enjoyed everything possible, a new start, experience, and unity from in and out. He should have done every good thing that we are currently looking for. All he used the goodwill to do was look for debt forgiveness, get himself and his vice private university.

The ones peculiar to the South-south were not very pronounced compared to the north, as our brother GEJ was in power, and anyway, there was a lot of money and stealing (which according to GEJ is not corruption) to go around.

In a nutshell, Tinubu was, is and continues to be better than Obi or Atiku and has my vote if those are the options. Buhari was a better candidate than GEJ in 2015. OBJ should have done better and had everything to do better, but perhaps he wasn't visionary enough. That's a wrap.
