How To Start A Successful Cooking Gas Delivery Business In Nigeria?

Please note, this is for retail reseller refilling businesses in Nigeria.

What Do I Need To Start Gas Exchange Business?

If it is with bottles, I guess you may already have:

A location; and other refilling equipments like Bottles, scale, hose, filling nozzles and adaptors for different ball valves. That’s all you need.

In Nigeria, you can start with (5) 50kg cylinder bottles. It depends on the size of tank you want and the location you are.

So, how do i explain about a business to a clueless person? I did explain all details including example not this words "it depends".

First, you need to know the capacity of tank you want do per day. Secondly, you need a good location with good population to supply to.

Many rules here is that, some locations may not work for retail reseller shops like it work for lpg gas plant, east and north too that usually happens.

Next, once you already established yourself in that particular area, you should look for motorcyclist or Keke (tricycle) rider to be contacting to come take refilled cylinders to customers. You should be doing deliveries to customers.

Once your business is going on well, you can get a bike instead of getting a van. Doing pick up and delivery is good but not for a start (don't start what you can't finish).
