This deal should have been max 8-10yrs. Not 14? That's like tying our future with Nike.
I hope there's a clause that says we can unilaterally cancel the deal if targets aren't being met and renegotiation is allowed after like 6yrs.

Nike won't give us 10 years with that amount of money, corporation that was trying to low ball us when we needed FFP leverage the most last summer thankfully laporta stood his ground, I also hope there's some sort of renegotiation clause to review the contract soon cause the way the trend is looking now we'll be of far more benefit to Nike than a lot of football teams

I don't like the deal. Yes it might help us in the interim but we expect to have grown much bigger in the next 7 years. This is 2024, not some dark ages.

In the next 7 - 10 years, clubs like Real Madrid, Manchester United would have negotiated a deal in the realms of €250m - €300m per year.

I don't know what those clubs are currently earning from Adidas or other shirt makers, but I feel we're shortchanging ourselves for a short-term gain.
