Very deep assessment. I remember when Lagos allocation was withheld under OBJ... but Tinubu didn't stop it cos of LGAs, it's because of Wike and the hold he intends to have in Rivers, all of this is in order to support Tinubu for 2027... Similar issues, different motives.
