I think, there's suspicious conspiracy in the banking industry to steal from Nigerian masses in the name of failed transaction.

It was a wrong move to appoint a banker as a CBN governor to start with.

Palmpay usually tells when they're having an unstable network or issues with their server and whatnots .. once I see that, I alt any transactions ...
