Shouldn't the total percentage be 100? I'm not understanding this analysis.

Even common 3rd party Insurance of 15k that gives up to 3 million compensation most Nigerians are not aware reason why you motorists fighting on the road when they bash themselves.

Yea, for third party only insurance of 15k, most motor owners don't know they can make claims only a few do but not comprehensive where minimum of 5% of the value of the car is paid as premium.
