Chelsea's game is marred with something i will called mental retardation

Where the players are supposed to go for long pass they would go for short pass. When they are supposed to go for short one they go for vice-versa.

When they are supposed just guard ball they move with it,when they are supposed to move with it,they do the opposite.

When defenders are supposed to kick out,that's when they want to show their inner tiki-taka,when they are supposed to pass,that's when they will kick out.
