Was eating fufu this night

Just one fold hundred naira (N100)

I started asking myself, why should fufu be this small for N100

Is it not cassava again,you
Plant, harvest it, peel it, then grind it

This is the same fufu that way back 2017, was N50 and was big, then you just cook soup, then buy Fufu N100 and it will last you morning, afternoon and night.

Nigeria are fond of using every means possible to inflate price

Find cassava and plant since it’s that easy.

The cost is associated more with the transportation of cassave from farm to selling places, the demand too (which we all know how it works), farmers no plenty again, so supply no dey high again.

For my area when it was cheap. We dey see am coz d seller has a steady supply by a van, now na packaged sack on bikes she dey use.

Fuel is expensive. Its killing business. Profit no high again and u'll still pay bills too oh.

Rain no gree fall as expected to help soil n ground texture. Ground is getting strong. Farming ain't easy.

Tho our own dey our body too 4 naija. Hyping tinz beyond

good points though,

What of those in villages, that produce there cassava in there farms and still sell 1 fold of fufu for N100, are those ones paying for transport Also.

This 1 fold(1 hand fold) of fufu for N100, is just too small

You have to buy up to 8-10 wraps to be satisfied if u are lucky self

The fufu in the village is big. Bigger than that in town

And also the villagers prefers to sell off to people in city for high price and allow people to starve.

Like i said. Our own dey our body too. We just want big profits on every transaction
