Wike started which ring road project? We are in the era of Google. I am surprised that some of you will come down here to misinform the public.

The ring road was conceived by the Amaechi's government but owing to the cost outlay it could not kickstart it. Wike came in and modify the blueprint of the project and removed Ikwerre LGA from the ring road project and imposed it on Gov Sim. Gov. Sim had to take a #200 billion facility from Zenith Bank just so he could award the contract to Julius Berger. Wike was the special guest on the day the project was flagged off at Azikiwe road. So it is totally a fallacious falsehood to say that Wike started the ring road project. He didn't. It was started by Gov. Sim.
