When I started flipping websites, you probably haven't joined blogging then. So you think because it's your website you can just slam any price on it? There are metrics used in determining a website's worth, not the "my website, my decision" bull crap. A website that would go for that price should be earning at least $30 monthly. Is yours earning upto that?

Brother, I try to avoid your type at all cost. So this is my last reply to you. This site is tier 1/2 targeted, not Nigerian or African targeted, and if you've been flipping website even before I was borne, you should know what tie 1/2 traffic mean.

By the way, my first payment is coming from ezoic this month just so you know! That's all I can say. Bye sir!

This is an example of the wisemen on Nairaland I always like to avoid. FYI domain authority is different from domain rating, so always do your homework well.

Sold something similar for N80k self. The guy is still a child. Site that Google update will soon cripple. Highest that site can go is N150k.
