Zero Naira in my account, I waited a friend to fund my account and apply to Canada but he screwed me, Schengen visa same money problem

They are two actually. One was denied and the other approved. They got study scholarship.

Don't know maybe it is cause of the scholarship but even at that, one was denied and they both had virgin passport.
I don't want to believe virgin passport plays a role or at least not a foundation principle for first time travellers visa denial

If you want to apply to the US for a non immigrant visa PLEASE stop or DON'T apply for the visa lottery.
The main reason huge amount of people are denied.
The US Visa lottery is a migrant visa category, Visiting is a non immigrant visa category.
US law states that every non immigrant applicant is assured a migrant status until the interview proves
otherwise. So if you have in the past declared your interest to migrant to the US (Visa lottery) you don't
qualify for a visiting visa anymore.
The lady in question might have applied for visa lottery in the past and probably doesn't know
that that is what is holding her back.
