So all construction companies need people! They don’t say no when people beg for a job! And do all dustbins have plastic in them? Who buys them? If you are well fed by your parents, leave people who are struggling alone. When they beg you, refuse to give them. They will move on.

I used the word construction sites and that includes private buildings here and there for any labour work. So the people that picks the plastic from dustbin and sell to bottle recycling companies are what?
