Anybody who does not realise that efcc was setup to whip perceived opponents in line needs to have his brain checked. Any sensible anti corruption agency would push policies in places that makes looting almost impossible. How many corrupt people can you even arrest or prosecute?. You allow looting to easily take place and then go after perceive enemies.
