From what i read, Prof Obumneme Nzekwe was more into the refinery section of RAP...he wasn't much tasked with the armament unit of RAP. Prof Oragwu was more like what Werner von Braun was to NASA...making of the projectile (Ogbunigwe).

Prof Obumneme built the local Fractionating units used in separating the crudes into component units....and later the non-catlytic refining of palm oil into a sustainable fuel. He was an elite member of RAP though.
