Something that if it had been granted would have seen to a transitional government to nowhere just as in 1994.

Obi himself did not tell the court he won because he knew he didn't and anyone with sense would know there isn't anyway Obi would have won when he failed miserably in the core north.

Obi did not state tinubu won or anybody won until the discrepancies were addressed. Obi also wasn't allowed access to election material and bvas when a court order was given to prove his case that he won so why would he present a case he hasn't gathered the facts.

He can state he won and it can be true he won but he has to prove he won and that is by access to bvas and election materials.

Obi is not a novice to court proceedings.
