Why are these endless squabbles and rants still going on? on a faceless forum for that matter, how are you even “opps” with people you’ll likely never meet, for years unend? 😭 The constant goading, jabs and insults, doesn’t it get tiring? I can’t even keep this kind of energy for my real-life “opps” because it will be such a waste of time, that could be spent on something productive.

Personally, I’m here to chat shît about shows and movies (real life is hard enough), not to wade through constant bickering. If the arguments were actually about movies and shows, we might even gain something from it! Those involved should seriously take a long hard look in the mirror 😩......

Started when it aired back in 2021. Couldn't keep up. The episodes I watched were really good though, and my guy who follows it to this day says its only gotten better.

I just started season 1 and I'm really enjoying it. Makes me wonder why I've been sleeping on it since.

The Penguin is great for it's character writing.

Despite being a drugs/street gang series, it fails at that aspect. If you want a series about drugs/gangs, The Penguin is probably not the show for you because it doesn't do that aspect well.

But the character writing is top notch. That is why you should definitely watch it.

It's one of the best Comic book series I've watched. It doesn't even feel like a comic book series at all, since all the characters are normal humans, no cape shît at all.

Still over hyped. Same as lioness.

Yellowstone

Omo, it won't be well with Kevin Costner oh. Just manage and finish Yellowstone, just f*cked off and did nonsense. Just the last part after 4½ solid seasons.

You don 'manage' Taylor Sheridan, just for the story sake, shey you can't just wait and conclude it? The rubbish he left for tanked at the box office.

The story nor just enter at all, Kevin Costner was the anchor of the show and everything revolved around him. This returning episode didn't even feel like the concluding part of the final season.

It felt like the beginning of say 2nd or 3rd season. I don't want to see cattles roaming upandan in the wild, I want to see scheming and plotting with mad action sequence.

Nothing concern this dude with wearing googles and seating inside office, he is always outside either shirtless or full army gear leading or in an operation.

Omo I just tire.

The Day of the Jackal (2024)

A gripping cat and mouse chase....or Jackal chase, if you will...

You might wonder why they went to such lengths to bring in an Oscar winner, known for being selective with his roles. The answer is clear within the first 10 minutes of the show...

Eddie Redmayne is a terrific actor; he becomes German, Spanish, French, he’ll convince you he's all of these and more.

The show feels like a blend of peak James Bond and Mission: Impossible. The only downside is that they didn’t release the whole series at once... I can’t wait for the remaining five episodes.

A solid, solid show.

The series is awesome, just like Penguin.

I've come to notice that series that lack LGBTQ elements are really dope. It seems the alphabet mafias infect stories and production with silliness.

I tried watching Lioness but got tired of the stupidity I was seeing. How can a women be leading strong soldier men, yet she looks like a sexy diva on a fashion runway. We all know what tough women look like. They are found in MMA and look nothing close to sexy.

Lioness is also foolishly trying to sell work ideology. Husband is cooking for family while wife comes home late from work where she soldiers the nation. America is destroying itself with contents like this.
