I have said this before on this platform, any student that cannot correctly answer comprehension passage exercises in Primary and Secondary School English subject, should not be allowed to proceed to the next class.

Nigeria has only succeeded to train a lot of illiterates with certificates.

Little wonder we would never be exempted from TOEFL and IELTS despite that we are already an English speaking country and educated to O'levels English to merit a school certificate.
