The young ZMD was able to resurect MMH before eventually getting redeployed to Central Hospital Warri. This was back in the day when Dr Tosanwumi was Commissioner of health

I live in Warri, but when I visit Ughelli market I always wonder why he choose to live the way he did. I suspected it was him. I just pity that he died in his wrong ways.
