A few weeks after his resignation from the Living Faith Church, Bishop David Abioye is set to begin a new ministry.

Bishop Abioye’s retirement aligns with the guidelines in the Mandate—the operational manual of the Living Faith Church, popularly known as Winners Chapel.

On Thursday, the cleric announced a new programme, Hour of Revival, to be held outside the church.

IDOMA VOICE observed that the crusade, themed Revive Us Again, is scheduled for November 23 and 30, 2023, at the National Stadium Velodrome in Abuja.

At a recent valedictory service held in his honour at Goshen Camp in Nasarawa State, Bishop Abioye expressed no regrets about serving under his mentor and leader, Bishop David Oyedepo.

A longstanding figure in the ministry, Bishop Abioye first connected with Bishop Oyedepo in 1979 and has since served as his trusted right-hand man.

Speaking in a recent documentary released on his YouTube channel, Bishop Abioye shared that it was time to expand his ministry but affirmed he would maintain close communication with Bishop Oyedepo and the Living Faith Family.

He has opened his own business centre after learning from one of the best. He will certainly take some of his Oga's customers. Smart guy.

We have more churches today because of the sharing formula of tithe and offering of a church. The owner of a church takes everything the gullible congregants bring to church, so people who want to partake in the free money quickly open their own church and fortunately, there are enough gullible people to go round.

Abioye never requested for retirement....Abioye has always been very loyal to oyedepo.Infact most people prefer him to oyedepo in winners chapel.Normal Oyedepo sends him to major places they want to capture becos d guy is good in attracting members

Ride on Bishop Abioye. We are solidly behind you. You showed the kind of support and loyalty NEVER seen before to your Principal, yet things turned out this way.

I remember years back when your wife was pushing for you to abandon Oyedepo, but you told her to take all your money and landed property and go, but she should just allow you follow Oyedepo. On the day of your valedictory speech, I was wondering what will be running through her mind as obviously she saw that day years back.

Pls Sir ride on, you have the grace, the word and the anointing. If you need to open a branch in Lagos especially on the Island, you have a great fan and a willing financier.
God's anointing does not end nor retire. It is new every morning.
