Sir, You can't compare the historical experiences of Slavic and African peoples. What Slavic people faced was normal oppression like the ones the Dahomies faced in the hand of the Oyo empire. They were free for closely 1000 years before we were even colonised and colonialism began after the end of transatlantic slave-trade. We have a significantly diverged paths, the duration and context of our oppression can't be compared, Slavic peoples endured centuries of subjugation, but their enslavement lasted approximately 500 years, whereas Africa suffered over 400 years of transatlantic slavery, followed by colonialism and ongoing neo-colonialism.

Europe's geographic proximity and shared cultural values facilitated Slavic development. In contrast, Africans had to build their countries on the ruble of slavery and colonialism. I see Russia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and co as the brothers of the West (na why Ukraine can claim to be NATO member). So, they were quickly impacted by the influence of the West but we nor see person to resemble. Same as East Asia, when China was building their country we were still being sold as slaves.
