He's a well known obident and I addressed that his particular statement, that's the point I'm making to u, I'm addressing that his particular statement nothing else, u get it now?

Actually Nigeria always has a poor budget performance usually around 40%. This year should be samething. Most all this budget are just budget on paper with no actual money! You see someone try to utilize a project budgeted dey go tell am no money on ground, on what's already in paper?
