They do, it's because of war n other stadium security or fans unruly behaviour reasons they chose neutral ground
How many countries dey fight war in Africa. I don't remember any African country fighting war. Is Benin, Burkina faso, Niger, Chad, Lesotho, Madagascar etc fighting war, that they can't play qualifiers on their home soil? Dey play

We need chukwueze and Moses simon.. sad that Moses simon did not come
That Moses Simon is the most effective super Eagles flank player In the past Decade, I really miss his direct runs at opponents and dribbles.

OriOko88:
More than half of the countries playing afcon qualifiers don't have stadium. The tiniest country in Europe plays on its turf, but in Africa is the opposite. A country of about 20million people that' can't afford to build a nice stadium.
Africa is cursed!!
all they know how to do is hate, envy, jealousy, destruction and vandalization

Forget....these boys...them fit lose this game sef..
Matter-of-facts the real wahala na when we no go qualify for next worldcup...
We have a coaching problem and definitely selection problems 🙄
I think our Problem has more to do with excessive reliance on all these Europe-based (and born), over-the-hill Players.
Average age of our players is 28yrs+
We have relied on the same set, in the last 10yrs, no developmental programe to bring in new players.
When it is time for competition, those rogues in NFF will collect travel allowance and start roaming all over Europe, looking for "reject players" of Nigerian descent (their great grand mother was Nigeria but they themselves are citizens of other countries who are not good enough to find a place in the Team of their country of birth!).

These are the set of people we hurriedly assemble and think we have a National team.
That is why we will keep under-performing and failing, as the years go-by.

Meanwhile, Nigeria is ful of football talents, so much you can produce five world cup squads from it at the same time.
All we need is a National League that is buoyant, well invested-in, total security for Fans and Officials (very important), good Management Officials, Disciplined Match Officials (or they get seriously punished) and we will see our League, our football and perfomance grow.

What we have at present are "looters" in the NFF, thieves bereft of any serious idea.

Benin will win this match and as usual, we will lament,

That was how small Simon Adingra used your defenders anyhow at the last AFCON final.
Was that also fixed?

You assembled footballers who can't even break into first teams of 6top teams across 5 top leagues

Where is the talent? We can't even dominate African champions league. Our best legs are outside the Country. The only issue is that some of them don't deserve a call up

These boys won silver few months ago, all of them can't be bad suddenly

Papa Gernot Rohr is currently teaching Eguavoen how to properly coach a team. We can only get something from this match through individual brilliance.
