Please Engineers in the house should help me out with a valid quotation for building a standard septic tank or soak away as we all call it over here in South-South. From number of trip of sand for both moulding of the 9-inches blocks to bags of cement for the plastering to number and types of rods etc. This will assist in the budgeting in advance before actually kick-starting the project later on. NB: it's for a 4 bedroom flat and family of 8. Thanks

The most important part to help in the quotation is missing and that is the size of the proposed soakaway. |
