MayorOfEdmonton:The COPR was added to Tracker before I even dispatched passport, so the sent me RFV like Sept 12, I missed out the mail, saw it Oct 10, submitted Oct 11, as at this time, the COPR number and expiry was already on tracker. I got back my passport 13th November, Final approval was 4th Nov and that was the date Visa was issues and counterfoil updated on GCkey. Hope this timelines helps. Once she sees the counterfoil update, she should give like a week, her passport will reach her. |

The name of the depositor doesn't matter; since the funds are a lump sum, you should explain and attach all necessary documents to back it up. vickgrad: |

Good people, I have a serious challenge. I'm claiming 7 years experience in my SINP application. I can get all the Offer Letter, Reference Letter and Payslips from the company but there's no PAYE or bank statement for the payments I received over the years (It was irregularly paid, sometimes in cash and most times paid from the owners private account). My question is can I Personal Income Tax (PIT) Clearance Certificate serve as the "Government Issue Document" for proof of work experience knowing that PIT Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) does not bear the name of the company that you're working for in the Certificate. Please help, I need answers urgently. |

incofab:If you have a TCC then I'm guessing (not 100% sure) that should work, your employer's name is there (top left under your name, address and tax ID). If it is missing, then maybe add employer's evidence of tax deducted from you that matches the amounts on your TCC (if you have a TCC, the employer should also have evidence of these deductions) . Other things that may work are in the link & list below. https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/live-in-saskatchewan/by-immigrating/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/browse-sinp-programs/applicants-international-skilled-workers/international-skilled-worker-saskatchewan-express-entry Each letter of reference for each job position must be accompanied by one additional government issued document showing proof of employment. Acceptable Government issued documents: *Pension fund/Provident funds, medical Insurance, or social security record. *Work permits, work visas, or labour cards for any foreign work experience. *Employment contracts (if you worked for a government agency or the employment contracts are issued by the government). *Taxation Forms, or Taxation Exempt (Tax Free) form, or Income Tax Return Acknowledgement (ITR) form. *Any other government issued documentation that may assist in verifying your work experience. vic4real22:See page 1 - you need at least 1 year paid work experience. |

incofab:I don't know about SINP or if they have any tax declaration requirement. But this I am sure of about EE, you don't need tax or salary details, or even salary account statement showing the pay, all you need is a job reference showing you worked and was paid for the work and that you worked the number of minimum hours required. I hope people who have done SINP would see this and offer precise advice. |

Hi guys. Please I have another question. HR at my place of work has only given me a standard confirmation of employment with them with the details that ircc expect in a reference letter. Can I use this in place of a reference letter. As this does not explicitly recommend me for a Canadian PR as most reference letters do |

You may need to do a LoE stating that you were paid in cash.... If the PIT is government issued, I think you should be fine. incofab: |

Pls oo. I have been in the pool since August 16 this year and nothing is happening on my profile. Each time I log in and check the full application status I see that I have not gotten any ITA at this time. My CRS is 374, my IELTS is 7.5 on every test and my profession is Optometry. Is there anything I'm missing? |

SemperFid:My broda, you sef suppose knw say this score is low, if you have been folling this thread, your only hope for a 375 is Provincial nomination. I got ITA at 380 but it was Provincial, hope u checked your willingness to gain Provincial nomination while filing your application. |
