Good day Nairalanders.
My friend bought this phone since last year and has long completed the EasyBuy payment.
Two days ago, he updated the phone and to his surprise, the phone was locked and he was asked to complete his payment.

I joined him to the shop where he bought the phone at Oil Mill Market, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, but the shop owner has relocated.

In this case, what can he do to start using the phone again?
Every app is blocked, like he can't do anything with the phone.
