Na Twilight of The Gods save him destiny small. If not, e no go funny at all. Since animation has more levity and more creativity, he had an easy landing.

Lol, Netflix is only paying him and keeping him in their ranks cos they need big name directors to prop up their films and they got way lesser options cos not everyone likes working with Netflix. Their financial incentives have always been the draw for them getting some decent directors. But still, their movies have a reputation to be premium shïte.

Snyder has effectively been demoted by Hollywood bro. It's obvious. Why hasn't he gotten a project in any traditional Hollywood studio since his debacle at WB?

Even someone like Greta Gerwig that has signed onto Netflix for Chronicles of Narnia movies since 2020 is now fighting for a renegotiation to her deal signed years ago to make her movies available in cinemas worldwide — at least on IMAX. And Netflix seems to be budging. People that effectively said they don't give two fvvks about the theatrical experience over a year ago and will only focus on their core audience — their subscribers.
If that's not rizz and leverage, I don't know what is.

Same fight for cinema distribution by the Knives Out producers. So I say, Snyder is only kept relatively relevant presently by his small loud fanbase. That's why he'd still be a draw for streamers hoping to tap from his audience but he remains a poisoned chalice for major Hollywood studios.
And Snyder still playing it safe with streamers like Netflix where he has people telling him what he wants to hear does him no favours.

People wanted Dark Superman and Justice League is an epic flop movie. BvS was so good and it has one of the worst box office second weekend drop. One of the worst performances for a big CBM film.

I don't even know how to rate it. It's a missed feeling for me.
Maybe if I give it a second watch I would have a good feeling for it but it does not inspire a second watch as well.

All I can say is - top acting, picturing an old Rome as modern or 21st century style is creative. So many confusing scenes. Don't even know where the wife's body was...

I wanted to download "parasite (2019)," great movie by the way, I thought it was real horror. The ending was a shocker!, so I ended up streaming from another site instead.
