A cluemess professor has just been reappointed by the socalled president as the dg of national biotech agency in nigeria. An agency that is supposed to research, develop and boost biothecnology in nigeria is headed by sycopathic educated illiterate all because of his political connections.

Is it that he has just certificates but no real life experience on biotech research, or that he is just a politician with connection given the job as juicy appointment.

There are are still able bodied men but the insincerity of the last government worsen it. Obaseki invested billions on failed Sobe farms and others across the state in the last eight years. I pray this government got it right. Obaseki so called agricultural revolution was only on papers and media. Edo used to be a giant in the afermentioned.

Both. He is clueless,greedy and mannerless. Please do your research on that agency to know what I am talking about. It's supposed to be an agency that will help boost Nigerian agricultural development,but like every other agencies, it's been used to gratify political loyalists and cohorts at the expense of competence and productivity.
