Video footages taken by Nigerian citizens have emerged showing the dire situations that continue to mar elections in Nigeria.

In one of such footages, voters and security men alike took to their heels when gunmen stormed a polling unit, shooting sporadically.

Another footage shows an act of vote buying in session, with the perpetrators trying to downplay the event when they were confronted.
