You did not answer my question correctly
There is no where Malachi 3 that it was mentioned that the audience for the message were members of the clan of Levii and it was also not mentioned in Malachi 3 that the Levi were put in charge of the temple and collection of taxes or tithe. The book you are referring to is the Bible which is the Word of God and the Word of God is applicable to Nigeria Christians as well.
