He wasn't a minister under Obasanjo, but had a power company in Nigeria under Obj.

However, he was a minister of power under GEJ, but he was kicked out for conflict of interest (which is a corrupt practice). His company was bidding for a power company when he was the Oga at the top of the power ministry.
