Part of the report said: "But the some of the biggest spending was for influencer partnerships and for celebrities to appear and perform at her events." This needs to be explained. The celebrities who endorsed her, how many of them backed her with funds? If they collected funds from her and gave endorsements, isn't that corruption? Also reading that they blew $15,000 on UberEats, you wonder if it wouldn't have been cheaper to get a caterer for the campaign. It turns out that bubbleheads advised the Harris campaign.
