They has been NATO in Russian's door step, and NATO has not dremth of invasion of Russia, From Alaska to Estonia to Latvia. Should Ukraine use the long-range missile against Russia, Zelensky is a goner! The first reaction of the Kremlin would be to take out Zelensky and nobody should even doubt it; Russia has the capacity to take Mr Zelensky out at any time. Secondly,the war will take a different dimension the result of which will not be favourable to Ukraine at all!
