Wonders they shall never end. Can you imagine the kind of statement coming out from a man that conducted the worst elections in the history of Nigeria? Hahahaha. Who will sack who? To honor, among thieves.

It is long overdue.
It is even an aberration, that sitting Presidents have to appoint the Head of INEC and approve money for such supposedly independent bodies.

The Appointment of INEC State and Federal RECs should be done by an Independent Body composed of Judges (NJC), Lawyers (NBA), Civil Society Organizations and its Budget should come directly from the Treasury (First line deductions).

Same thing should happen with the appointment of State Chief Judges and the Judges of the Supreme Court.

BTW[b][/b], On whose behalf, do we expect the INEC Chairman to Rig Elections, if not the President and his Party that appoint him?

Obasanjo is a frustrated man. He is a coward. From my various submissions on him when I was using my account (babaolofin) to post on nairaland I have given a total description of him as given to me by some Yoruba elders who knows him very well. He seeks for relevance among failed people and among lower intelligent people that are celebrated by fools and blind men . He believes he is a SPIRIT and not human being because they call him OWU Spirit. He said he is a General, everybody must take order from him. Doesn't matter who said it but our elections are just naming ceremonies. International observers have said Looe YIAGA and New York Times. It's another about OBJ, it's about have credible people vie for positions in a credible process that will bring good governance and accountability through the polls.
