And how does that even make any sense to you? Why should empty and barren land mass be the basis for local governments? The people in Lagos work their ass out to generate money for the country. What exactly do your land mass contribute?

Huge population means huge social and infrastructural needs. More local governments and more revenue should go to where more people live and not empty land inhabited by cows.
