The hatred Iran has for Isreal is more than the one Ukraine has for Russia but here is Iran considering a cease-fire to avoid further loss of life and properties.

I do not understand the thinking of Iran and Hezbollah. Why get into such destructive war, when you know that they knew clearly that they could not prevail? Why cost the innocent Lebanese people their lives and property, in an attempt the wipe out the well armed Israeli nation? Why push Hamas and Gaza so long into the war, costing them so much also.

The wars have been fought on Lebanese and Palestinian lands and not Iranian land. The destruction has taken place in those areas, including Syria.

Seeing the danger of detailing their nuclear programme, the Iranians have chosen to wait for another 25 years according to their calendar of destruction of Israel. Sadly, it will not come yet pass.

Hopefully decent Lebanese can be stirred up to throw Hezbollah our permanently.

Hopefully also, the Israelis can make some peace with their neighbours as their own country has suffered its own measure of human and material destruction.

Lebanon in ruins while only targeted facilities destroyed in Iran.They should just merge Lebanon to Iran.

Some folks on here actually thought Hezbollah was winning, but it seems Iran has abandoned Hamas, leaving them to get destroyed by Israel. They're getting tired of being bombed.

The United Nations also bears some responsibility for this whole thing. They literally failed to enforce its resolutions after Israel's withdrawal from Lebanon, allowing Hezbollah to operate unchecked.

Only If Hezbollah hadn't fired at Israel for months starting last year, they'd still be standing. Islamic terrorists aren't known for their strategic thinking afterall. Enjoy the destruction!
