LandMann:Rubbish trash. Tinubu was voted for by the majority of Nigerians. You people will cry and wail forever. Such a pathetic and infantile Clueless rant. Every country had their own system of elections. How many country can afford to have the kind of primary system that we have in the US? Even most European countries don't have that system. How many people directly elect the UK, Italian and other PM? Una go just deynpost Rubbish trash just because your Agulu packaged fraud lost an election. Even if we change the system, the YES DADDY religious fanatical IPOB terrorist cannibal monkey will still lose. |

With tunibu as president, we will never witness an improvement in any sector in this country, nothing Good will ever come out of it, it is only state capture, nepotism and corruption. |

Good news. I had given up that this country is just occupied by morons until now. Let’s see how it goes because if the nonsense INEC conducted in 2023 is an election, then there is no need wasting anybody’s time and money in the name of elections. If they can’t implement strong reforms before 2027 elections, then let Tinubu continue without any elections. |

RealityOfReason:So long as the executive has no business with appointing or funding them, there is hope that they will be above board. The reason why the current ones are fantastically corrupt is because they are tied to the aprons of the executive and so resistance to the shenanigans of political actors is non-existent. |

Oga, Nigerians can never come together, we aren't from same background, ideology, no unified common language, the English we speak is a borrowed language or let me say forced on us by colonisers to take away our heritage, Wikipedia even said Nigeria official language is the bastardised English that is never accepted as a language anywhere in the world called "pidgin English " . spirituality, religion replaced by foreign religion. Lord Macaulay 1835 and they achieved it , no unified cultural background. This man called Tinubu is the evil of our time, that man is devil personified. He has no remorse, he is a puppet to some power, he kills at will, very diabolic and if Nigerians don't think deep , Nigeria may soon become the second Afghan. Nigeria is done , gone , it is just a matter of time. He has away out already Mrgaviola: |

A corrupt entity will remain that way even if they elect from themselves, what we should be clamouring for should be men on integrity! Our society needs to start breeding back our moral values n stop following oyibo people style in everything we do.. Ironfaceman: |

That is the most important thing to do in other to preserve Nigeria's democracy. Stripping the president of powers over inec and judiciary should not be seen by emilokan supporters as a battle against tinubu, but a necessity for future leaders and a guarantee for our votes to count in Nigeria |

Ayoefa:USA is a bit too far. Monies were spent for electronic transmission which worked in other situations but somehow “failed” in the presidential polls so that wuruwuru manual collation could hold sway. Enjoy the presidency of your candidate but we are not fools, your candidate didn’t win that election in actual terms. |

Lookmun:Stop playing to the gallery. You guys are always emotional when things don't go your way. Let's even assume for a minute that the IREV was compromised intentionally, does that stop paper collation from working? Did your candidate come to court with paper work from polling units signed by all parry agents showing that he scored more than what INEC eventually declared? This are simple common sense questions that can be easily answered. The fact is that the IREV couldn't work as expected simply because you have way more traffic during general election as compared to just one state Governorship election. Even if the Irev didn't work, the most important document is the result paper signed by all party agents at the polling units. If your candidate truly won, he could have brought those papers to court. But he didn't because he knew he lost. He was banking on disqualification on some delusional excuses instead of proving that he got the most votes. He played on the intelligence people like you. Thr irev is not a must in any election, the result sheet it what's important. Obi knows this but he enjoys playing his followers like yoyo. |

Ayoefa:The IREV system that was fine for other elections suddenly crashed with presidential? Wow thank you very much. Let’s turn a blind eye to the shenanigans that happen in collation centers where security operatives threaten and ensure that opposition is dealt with right? If you and Tinubu are sure that you will win the next presidential polls, let them push to ensure that electronic transmission is compulsory. Simple! |

RichBoy247:I don't care about if he was rigged in or not. He's the president now. I just need to know if you're still supporting him based on personal reasons best known to you? |

flyinnizam:Who voted for Tinubu? In 2015, I know my friends who voted for Buhari. In 2019, I know my friends who voted for Atiku. In 2023, I don't know any of my friends who voted for APC. Tinubu simply stole the election. Unfortunately, he is now the president who is most clueless, most incompetent, most ruthless and everything has fallen under him. He change 5 ministers recently. Why did he himself not resign? What is he waiting for to know he cannot do the job? |

Sonnobax15:Even if INEC and Judiciary are made to operate independently withiout imput of president, individuals in these sectors would still become gods and favour the highest bidders. Until we remove the reason to steal or accumulate materials wealth or properties, an average black man will continue to exhibit corruption irrespective of the system involved. |
