It is said that those who do not study history fall into the error of repetition. A good thing is not always the right thing. Buhari’s incompetence will trail us longer than we’ve imagined. I have witnessed baseless arguments that western education is not a prerequisite for leadership, yet our economic, financial and political framework is all western and yet again we always entrust the seat of power to the least qualified. Our current and some of our past leaders are neither eloquent, coherent, articulate nor astutely intelligent in their supposed qualified crafts. Scientia est lux lucis! |
