Ithink it is called racer snake in hausa it is called maitsere although non venomous.. Thanks to the hot weather nowadays enough snakes

I just briefly researched both species--Racer and Rat snake(Indian) and realised both have a long slender tail as the one in the picture.

Can't seem to narrow it further.
