What I think you should think about is “Why is the SE having least subscribers compared to a NE?”

—Could it be that the Ibos are not truly a majority tribe?

—Could it be that most well to do Ibos live outside their region?

—Could it be that the population of Ibos living in the SE has dwindled coz of insecurity?

—Could it be that the Telecom industry dislike Ibos such that they purposely underreport them?

In all, what is wrong with the South East region?
