That's not a cobra and the black color doesn't make it venomous. This looks like an harmless RAT SNAKE and is not venomous.

I hate anything snake but snake is not poisonous, it's venomous. Venom is different from poison. Venom can't harm you even if you ate it, you need to be bitten and the venom injested into your blood for it to affect you while poisonous animals like certain frogs will harm you if you ate them but won't do anything if they bit you
