Ekwulobia Anambra state 4th city

Erm, I know it's good to promote our own but ekwulobia is a town. Let's just say if basic infrastructures are located there, there will be influx of people and activities that will build it up to the level of a city
Some state capitals do not qualify as cities at all They are just towns.
